London’s Community Kitchen

London’s Community Kitchen in Harrow, north London feed up to 15,000 people in need per week, through redistribution of food that would otherwise go to landfill.

Taz Khan and his team of volunteers also run a Cookery school and Cafe to help people gain skills into the hospitality industry.

This was a really inspiring project and a worthy winner of the Outstanding achievement award at the Observer Food Monthly awards, who I photographed this for.
